Common Questions

• I don't have a family tree. Choose "No. I'll tell you who they were" and type in your parents, grandparents and theirs.
• My tree is on FamilySearch. FamilySearch does not export a file directly. The free program RootsMagic Essentials downloads your tree and saves it as a GEDCOM (.ged) file, which Family Footsteps reads.
• A picture is wrong. Write a note under it on your first look, in your own words, and it is painted again.
• Can I get my money back? Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Cancel Wherever You Are. Settings on your iPhone, your name, Subscriptions.
